Initial Interview
Setting up a time to connect is step one to seeing if I am the right fit for you! I'd love to have a virtual call with you so you can get to know me better and learn what all I will provide as your Birth Doula. Your partner is welcome to join us.
Prenatal Visits
Once hired as your Birth Doula, we will schedule 1-2 prenatal visits in your home so I can get to know you and your partner better, check in on your pregnancy, review your birth plan or help create one, discuss birthing positions & pain coping techniques as well as practice them, and help ease any fears or concerns your may have about the birthing process.
Phone & Email Support
You'll receive 24/7 phone and email support from time of hire (non-urgent concerns will be addressed during standard business hours).
During Labor
I can labor with you at home or meet you at the hospital/birth center. I attend and provide continuous labor support for medicated or non-medicated births, inductions, C-Sections (emergency or scheduled), and stay with you 1-2 hours immediately after delivery.
Baby’s First Feeding Support
I am available to help with baby's first feeding as well as offer support on latching and positioning.
Postpartum Follow-up Visits
My services include 2 postpartum visits to check in on you and your baby. These visits will occur between 3-5 days postpartum and again at 3 weeks postpartum. I am available for additional postpartum support for a fee of $35 per hour.
